Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

As 2020 comes to an end and the holidays approach, I thought I would take a minute to reflect on the past year, assess the present and look forward to 2021.

Most people are very aware of the negative impacts of the pandemic including health impact, economic impact, psychiatric impact, negative impact on our social lives, etc.

However, there are some silver linings to these crazy times such as having more quality time with our families, the opportunity to slow down and reflect on life, decreased traffic, less pollution and many other things.

Over the holidays, I would encourage everyone to get out of the house and get some fresh air. Go for walks, bike rides, and / or hikes. You can still enjoy our many beautiful lakes and paddleboard, kayak or go for a boat ride. And you can still socialize; just do it in small groups and outside when possible. Isolation will drive most people crazy, so do what you can to engage your friends, relatives and neighbors responsibly.

Remember, that if you think you need any of our services, we are happy to see you virtually if you prefer. If you have a question, please feel free to email me directly from this form.

I hope everyone has time to relax and enjoy the holidays. We will all miss the usual parties, but please make an effort to spend time however you can with the ones you love.

The future is looking brighter every day as vaccines and therapeutics become more widely available for COVID 19. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
